Dr. Padmanathan K, M.E., Ph. D.,

Director - Technical

20+ years of experience in the Energy and Electric Mobility sectors with expertise in Solar PV, Wind Energy, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), and Electric Vehicle technologies. Successfully executed 100+ MW Solar PV EPC and BESS projects, along with innovative electric automobile solutions, delivering sustainable energy and smart mobility solutions. He holds a Ph.D. in Renewable Energy from Anna University and has authored over 40 research publications with high impact factors including Elsevier, Springer, Wiley, IEEE, IET, Taylor & Francis, and MDPI, in leading international journals. His core expertise includes electric mobility (2W, 3W, 4W, EV assembly, charging and battery swapping infrastructure) and advanced battery chemistries like Lithium-ion, LFP, and NMC. Er. Murugan Arunachalam, B.E.,

Director - Operations

He has over 30 years of industry experience and has held senior roles in multinational corporations, especially in the oil and gas sector. A Mechanical Engineering graduate from Kalasalingam Institute of Technology (1997), he currently leads a team of over 1,000 professionals. As a key public sector contractor for IOCL, he oversees petrol and diesel pump operations across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. He is recognized for his expertise in engineering, finance and business management with a strong focus on operational efficiency, international collaboration, and smart operational strategies. “Operational Excellence for a Better Future”

Er. N. Govindan, B.E.,

Director - Projects

N. Govindan is a Civil Engineering graduate with over 35 years of experience in construction, real estate, and renewable energy. He has successfully delivered 300+ apartment projects, premium bungalow and villa developments, 25 residential layouts, and led the EPC execution of over 50 MW of solar power projects. His expertise in engineering, project management, and sustainable infrastructure, combined with his visionary leadership, continues to drive growth and innovation in construction, property development, and renewable energy. “Building Sustainable Infrastructure”

Dr. V. Karunakaran, M.E., Ph. D.,

Director - Strategic & Government Affairs

He brings 32 years of extensive experience with the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (TNEB), having served across both TANGEDCO (Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited) and TANTRANSCO (Tamil Nadu Transmission Corporation Limited). In addition, he has 6 years of professional experience with the Tamil Nadu Energy Development Agency (TEDA). With his deep understanding of the power and energy ecosystem, he offers strong expertise in government affairs, regulatory coordination, power generation, transmission and distribution, renewable energy, power-sector planning, project development, statutory approvals, stakeholder management, and strategic government liaisoning, making him a valuable asset for navigating complex regulatory and government interfaces. “Bridging Policy and Progress”

Er. Karthick P, B.E., M.E.,

Director - Planning & Execution/p>

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Postgraduate qualification specializing in Power Electronics and Drives. With 15+ years of professional experience, he is a specialist in Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Power Plant Design Engineering, Basic Engineering, Detailed Engineering, and Review Engineering Services. He has been associated with 5,000+ MW of Solar EPC projects and more than 3 GWh of BESS projects, with extensive expertise in electrical system design, grid integration, power evacuation, technical evaluation, engineering review, and project execution support. “From Concept to Commissioning”

Dr. Radhika Somakumar, M.E., Ph. D.,

Director - Supply Chain & Procurement

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Postgraduate qualification specializing in Power Electronics and Drives. With 15+ years of professional experience, she brings extensive expertise across Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Electronics Manufacturing, Services (EMS), and Electric Vehicle (EV) technologies. She has strong experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply-chain management, vendor development, international sourcing, and project coordination, with extensive exposure to suppliers and business partners across China, Europe, the USA, Japan, South Korea, and India. Her professional expertise also includes power evacuation, technical evaluation, engineering review, equipment procurement, supplier coordination, and project execution support, enabling her to effectively manage complex technology and energy projects across the complete supply chain. “Stronger Supply Chains for a Sustainable World”

Vice President (HR & Finance)

Mrs. Manjari Gupta brings three decades of extensive professional experience across diverse areas of finance and business advisory services. She has developed strong expertise in financial management, corporate advisory, client relationship management, strategic financial planning, and business development. Over the course of her career, she has built strong and trusted relationships with corporate clients, providing them with strategic guidance and financial advisory support.
